Our Commitment
At Vyrex Supplements, we want every customer to feel confident about trying Vyrex Thyroid Complex. We stand behind the quality of our product, and this policy explains exactly how refunds work so there are no surprises.
30 Day Satisfaction Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation. This window applies to all orders, including single bottle, two bottle, and three bottle bundles.
How to Request a Refund
- Email vyrexsupplements@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short note on why you would like a refund.
- Our support team will respond within one business day with next steps.
- Once approved, we process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
As a consumable product, we do not require you to mail back your bottle to receive a refund.
Eligibility Requirements
- One refund is permitted per household, billing address, or customer account.
- Refund requests submitted after the 30 day window has closed will be reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error was ours, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Refunds are not available for purchases made through a third party retailer or marketplace. Contact that seller directly for their return process.
- We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in our Subscribe and Save program, this Refund Policy applies to each individual shipment. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past shipments. See our Subscription Policy for details on how to pause, skip, or cancel future orders.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation request will be received in time, but we will always try.
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster and more fairly through direct communication with our support team.
