Vyrex Thyroid Complex — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

When you subscribe to Vyrex Thyroid Complex, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase. Your card will be charged automatically once per month at the price shown at checkout, and a new 30-day supply will be shipped each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are subject to change; you will be notified in advance of any change to your subscription price. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge before pausing or canceling your subscription.

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

1. Sign in to your account at [store URL]
2. Go to Subscriptions
3. Select your Vyrex Thyroid Complex subscription
4. Click Cancel

If you do not have an online account set up, email vyrexsupplements@gmail.com with your order number and we will process the cancellation for you.

EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

Canceling stops all future billing and shipments immediately. This cannot be undone, and does not automatically issue a refund for any order already billed or shipped. If you want to pause instead of fully canceling, contact us at vyrexsupplements@gmail.com and we will pause your next shipment.

30-DAY PRODUCT PROTECTION (FIRST SHIPMENT ONLY)

Vyrex offers a 30-day product protection policy on the first shipment of a new subscription only. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility conditions:
- Applies only to the first shipment of a new subscriber's order
- Limited to one return under this policy per customer
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Opened, used, or partially used product is not eligible under this section
- Proof of purchase is required
- All returns must receive written authorization from us before being shipped back

Additional terms:
- Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable
- Approved returns under this section are subject to a restocking and processing fee
- Do not ship any item back without written authorization

PERFORMANCE-BASED REFUND REVIEW

We do not issue refunds for delivery delays, change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance.

If you have completed at least one full 30-day cycle and followed the recommended usage instructions but did not experience the intended results, you may request a Performance-Based Refund Review.

Requirements:
- Confirmation of consistent daily usage according to instructions
- Completion of one full 30-day usage cycle
- Submission of supporting documentation if requested
- Request submitted within 30 days of that shipment's delivery date

Refund approval under this section is at Vyrex's sole discretion, evaluated case by case.

RECURRING SHIPMENTS (2ND SHIPMENT AND BEYOND)

Shipments after your first are not eligible for the 30-day product protection policy above. Refunds on recurring shipments may only be considered if:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned in original sealed packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW

Individual orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of checkout. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be changed or canceled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Email vyrexsupplements@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims receive a free replacement at no additional cost.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned product. Processing times may vary by financial institution. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund received.

POLICY UPDATES

Vyrex Supplements reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
