Vyrex Supplements Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Vyrex Supplements currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will do our best to notify customers of any significant delay.
Shipping Time and Cost
Once processed, orders generally arrive within 5 to 8 business days via standard shipping, depending on your location.
- Two bottle and three bottle bundles ship free.
- Single bottle orders include a flat shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
These timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address to check your delivery status at any time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, email us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and building management, as carriers sometimes misdeliver packages. If you still cannot locate it, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at vyrexsupplements@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening it if possible, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may occasionally ship separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Holidays
Please allow extra time for orders placed around major holidays, as carrier volume increases and can affect delivery estimates.
